We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Auramar. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines for returns:
  
Eligibility for returns:

Products must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. No money will be refunded, only store credit (valid for six months from the day it was created). Return shipping fees will be deducted from store credit.
Orders are limited to one exchange only. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear or do meet the above criteria:

  • White cloth, jewelry, accessories, one size pieces, swimwear, gift cards, all sales items (or items bought with a discount code) are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return process:
Contact our customer support team at shopauramar@gmail.com and provide your order details (order number and email of your purchase) and reason for the return.  Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.  Upon approval, you will receive a return merchandise authorization number, which you should include with the returned package and drop it at any USPS location (you only have 2 days).  
 
Discount codes
Must be applied at checkout.  If an order was processed without applying a discount code, it can't be applied after purchased.
