All orders over $75 have free shipping!

During the checkout process, you will be presented with the shipping costs and estimated delivery times. These details will be calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose, allowing you to make an informed decision before finalizing your purchase.We aim to process orders promptly, usually within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment confirmation.  Please note that during high season, processing times may be slightly longer.  Your understanding and patience during such times are greatly appreciated.

The delivery time may vary depending on your location:

• Puerto Rico orders: Our products will arrive approximately between 3-4 labor days after your order being shipped out.
  
• US orders: Our products will arrive approximately between 5-7 labor days after your order being shipped out.
  

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes all the tracking details. With the provided tracking number, you can easily monitor your package's journey and stay informed about its estimated delivery date.  We communicate to USPS in case your order didn't delivered.  However, Auramar is not responsible for loss, stolen or damaged packages during transit.  

If, for any reason beyond our control, your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will get in touch with you to address the matter. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-delivery.

We reserve the right to update or change our Shipping Policy at any time, and you should check this periodically.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Auramar. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

Eligibility for returns:

Products must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. No money will be refunded, only store credit (valid for six months from the day it was created). Return shipping fees will be deducted from store credit.
Orders are limited to one exchange only. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear or do meet the above criteria:

• White cloth, jewelry, accessories, one size pieces, swimwear, gift cards, all sales items (or items bought with a discount code) are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return process

Contact our customer support team at shopauramar@gmail.com and provide your order details (order number and email of your purchase) and reason for the return.  Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.  Upon approval, you will receive a return merchandise authorization number, which you should include with the returned package and drop it at any USPS location (you only have 2 days).  

Discount codes
